Recruitment Process
In line with the staffing plans prepared at the beginning of each year, vacancies are first filled from within the hospital, according to the requirements of the organisation and the position. If staffing needs are not met internally, external sources are used. Without discrimination on grounds unrelated to performance, such as religion, race or gender, the most suitable candidate with the required qualifications for the position is selected.
In line with the core criteria of our recruitment and assignment system, the main qualities we look for in candidates are:

Training Management
The training we provide to our employees includes general orientation, department-specific orientation, specialist departmental training, mandatory training, and training received from external organisations or individuals.
All new employees receive corporate orientation training on their first day. Department-specific training is planned by department managers to support employees’ development. External training covers personal development, professional training, occupational safety training and various congresses.
Through this training, we aim for employees to:
- Get to know the organisation closely,
- Learn about the organisation’s policies and shared practices,
- Gain the basic experience that makes it easier to settle into the organisation.
