About the department
The human body needs many different nutrients to be healthy. Eating randomly just to fill up and satisfy hunger leads to an unbalanced, unhealthy diet, which in turn can cause many health problems. Not eating certain foods at all, or not eating enough of them, can lead to deficiencies in the vitamins and minerals the body needs and cause various health problems, while eating some foods in excess and in an unbalanced way can lead to excess weight and fatty deposits in the organs.
