- Patients may receive visitors every day between 10:00 and 22:00.
- For the health of our patients, we recommend that no more than two visitors are in the room at the same time and that visits are limited to 10 minutes.
- Please do not bring children under the age of 7 as visitors.
- Any visitor in the room after 22:00 is considered a companion.
- After 22:00, patients may be accompanied by only 1 companion.
- Visiting patients is not advisable if you have a contagious illness such as a cold or flu.
- If our physician has restricted visitors and/or companions, please respect this decision.
- When visiting patients in isolation, please follow the instructions of our healthcare staff.
- During your visit, please respect the privacy of patients and their relatives.
- Wash your hands before and after your visit.
- Use the hand sanitisers provided in the rooms.
- Please avoid emotional reactions such as crying or shouting at the patient’s bedside, as these may affect the patient adversely.
- Bringing food from outside is not permitted.
- Potted plants are not allowed because of the risk of infection.
- Please do not touch the patient’s treatment equipment.
- Do not use mobile phones in areas where medical equipment is in use.
- We kindly ask that kettles and similar appliances are not used in patient rooms, as they may cause technical problems.
- Please avoid making noise and speaking loudly.
- Smoking inside the hospital is strictly prohibited for all visitors.
- In specialised units (such as intensive care, neonatal, paediatric and infectious diseases units), visits are allowed only in line with the plan and permission set by the physician.
